Care and condition of your flowers

  1. Prior to sending the flowers place them in a water filled container, or moisten the green oasis centred in your bouquet holder. Store them in a cool place until you box up your bouquets.
  2. Place your flower arrangement in a large plastic bag, blow air into the bag, and then tie the end of the bag loosely.
  3. Store your wedding bouquets in the refrigerator, or cooler away from fruits and vegetables. Do NOT ALLOW YOUR FLOWERS TO FREEZE.
  4. Place the flowers in either our cooler box, which will have been dispatched to you two weeks in advance of the event. Or you can get yourself a strong card board box and place your flowers into the box.
  5. Gently surround your flowers with crushed up tissue papers, newspaper, or any packaging material, thus avoiding damage in transit.
  6. Packaging is very important as Floral Keepsakes, Or Petals and Roses.com cannot accept any responsibilities for damage in transit See our term and conditions page.
  7. Please contact us to let us know how and by which service, you are sending us your flowers so that we can arrange to receive them, or fill in our contact us page click here to go to it.
  8. If you have not already paid your deposit of L75.00/€95.00 then enclose it in an envelope inside the box. Make your cheques payable to" A Davies", or call us with your credit card.
